HUMILITY

The most successful amongst us find it awfully hard to believe that their success – more often than not – is dependent upon factors out of their control. Because of this, they tend to be more arrogant and boastful than they mean to be. Because we know, at bottom, that we possess certain special qualities, our logic deceives us into thinking that we are solely successful because of those special abilities. Despite how things may appear, we are utterly incapable of doing anything solely by ourselves. Humility is recognizing that everyone is in need of someone or something for their success.
